I was running version 7.7.900 and everything worked fine. No problems on workstations or on terminal servers. My terminal servers are built on Server 2012. I upgraded to 7.8.200 and the print preview stopped working on the terminal servers. No folder rights have changed; nothing has changed except the version of Macola being run.
I could use some help.

By "print preview" do you mean "print to screen" option on the legacy reports? Or do you mean the print preview on the embedded crystal reports?

So are you getting an error? If so what is the error?

When you ran the client install on the terminal server was the TS set to install mode first?

Yep. I did everything as it should have been done. I've been doing these upgrades for years, so I'm very familiar with how it all goes.

Well, I'd try updating to 7.8.400 and see if that makes a difference. If not I'd call Exact.

I do have one client running TS and 7.8.400 and this is not an issue.
