We are still able to send e-mail notifications but all EM events that create workflow get hung up and return ODBC errors in the Monitor. Although Exact has looked in to it they’ve been unable to pinpoint why this occurred and what a viable solution could be. If this had been the result of say, an upgrade to a newer version at least we could assume that’s where the problem began but this issue came out of the blue in March and is yet to be resolved.

This sounds similar to what we’re experiencing although we’re on 370. We may upgrade from 370 to 372 this week to try and resolve
other outstanding issues but if EM events you had created stopped working I’m doubtful that this will help us with what we need.
I'd love to hear more about 372 and from anyone else doing testing with this version or higher, it may give us the opportunity to avoid future headaches.
