Our company is using Exact Synergy Enterprise 230 and Exact Event Manager 7.4. Now I need to set up a test environment, so I installed the most recent version of EEM (7.9b), but I'm facing an issue. When creating a new event on the Action tab I click "Create new workflow item" and "Unable to log on to e-Synergy database (Automation error)" message appears, and I could not fix it.
What I checked already
- registered ks_esynergy.dll
- dedicated Windows user for starting the EEM service which is a valid Synergy login
- checked the ODBC connection settings
- checked the connections to Synergy database from EEM, it's working as a sample query shows result
Could you please help me what else could be wrong?
