I'm hoping to automate faxing of customer statements.
First of all, I haven't been able to come up with a query that will tell me the customers that have invoices past due. If someone has any thoughts on that I'd appreciate it.
Since I'm struggling with a query, I'm playing with using the Aging Analysis crystal report and exporting the data to Excel. I would like to use the Excel file as input to EventManager in order to drive the customer statements.
Has anyone used Excel as input to EventManager. I'm not having any luck and the KnowledgeSync manual does not seem to have any information on imput from Excel.
The administrator has disabled public write access.
As a consultant, I know how to create a Crystal report that will replace the aging analysis and or AR customer statement and then streamline within Event Manager. These two reports regarding Aging cannot just be put into Event Manager as they are dependent upon the screen in ES, so they need to be recreated in Crystal. However, I have had extensive experience in doing that for customers.

You should know that faxing is more difficult to setup than using email subscriptions. Hope that helps.
