Does anyone have an event that will notify them if material is received for a backorder?

For example in Macola they use bikes. If we sell 300 bikes (600 tires) but only have 400 tires for that order, 100 bikes would be backordered. We would have all the parts for the other 100 bikes except for the 200 tires. I want an email to go out when we recieve those tires in the door so they can start assebly on the backorderded bikes.

I have a flexibility program that looks for shortages in open POP or SFC orders, and sends an email telling them their components have been received. It also tells the receiving person when they key in the receipt so they don't waste time stocking these components, they just immediately pick it to the SFC and route it to the proper place in production.

Would this of interest to you? I am sure it would not be a perfect fit but it would be pretty good place to start.
