Does anyone have any experience running both the old Exact Event Manager from Vineyardsoft alongside the New Exact Event Manager. Can they both work on the same system?

I would see no reason why they could not co-exist, they are only retrieving data from SQL database, they both have very different installations!! whats the reasoning for running 2 BAM systems??

One of our customers is moving from ASP to ESE and has many events running under the old event manager with reports and e-mails regarding Macola ES data. To get them up and running faster on ESE and our CRM EventPak, they will use the old Event Manager for existing requests, but start building mew requests with the New Exact Event Manager.

As I understand it, the new Event Manager cannot create a synergy workflow item on Synergy ASP, only on Synergy Enterprise. This will require a lot of people to run both Event Managers. Can anyone confirm this.

You are correct, however writing some SQL code will allow the new EEM to create requests in ASP Synergy. Just not fancy, but the job can get done.
