Does anyone know of a way to create a Synergy request from event manager but have it created in a draft status rather than an open status. I'd rather not have to mess with doing update statements after the request is created, but I don't see a way thorugh native EEM to do this.

The only solution that we have found (and have done) was to do an update to the request, once the Event Manager has created the initial request. We know of no other way to accomplish this in the creation of a Synergy Request.
