Hi,
In document# 11.541.823, it explains how to see our descriptions (for example, an item description) in another language.

It does not work on my eSynergy. Is it working for you ?

The document you referenced seems to mix up e-Synergy and Globe functionality. Globe does indeed have a second description field that could be used for a second language.

You may consider using a free text field in Exact e-Synergy. With the ability to edit the item card in e-Synergy, you could move that field below the existing description field.
