When uploading emails from outlook with attachments, the email is being saved as one document and then each attachement is saved as an additional document with all thier own ID's. Is this avoidable short of importing the email as a .msg file and manually storing it? Thanks

The reason for this approach is the difference in design of e-Synergy and Outlook. e-Synergy was designed to have one attached file per document, while Outlook/eMail can have multiple attachments. Any time the email contains one file this is not a problem, but when there are multiple attachments it requires multiple e-Synergy documents.

hint: if you want to see the email and all of the attachments in one screen:
- click on the main document in e-Synergy (that contains the email body)
- click on the replies button

Thank you for the response. I tried the reply and now can at least have all the attachments on one page. Not the best solution but it works. I think I prefer importing the .msg file when you need everything in one location. Typically, I drag it to my desktop and then create a new document in Esynergy. Oh well......always room for improvement.
