I’m trying to make a crystal report out of workflow, and I use item and serial number to track errors and reasons. These items are only set up in Synergy as phantom items.

My problem is this. In the absences table, the item field is really the item number, but there is no field in the absences table that is for the serial number. There is itemNumberID which is what the portal said the serial number was stored in but this is just GUID. Where is the actual serial number stored?

I believe the table that you are looking for is ItemNumbers

This is a Synergy table and no serial numbers from Macola ES or Progression are stored here, only Synergy Serial or Batch numbers.
