We are on Classic eSynergy release 394. Is it possible to put a Delete date on a request like we can on documents? I'm guessing Event Manager can be used by using one of the date fields as a deletion date, but we have not used Event Manager before for deletions. I prefer an option within eSynergy itself instead of Event Manager - if that is a viable option?

Sorry, but as far as I know of there is not a way to natively do this in Synergy. The best way to do this using Event Manager would be to make an audit table and have it write to the table prior to deleting just in case you need to retrieve something later or there is an error somewhere.

You might also need to delete the request from the "RequestTasks" table, if it is still in this table (not at it's last stage of completion.

I would do a SQL Job rather than Event Manager.
