Can you provide some additional information on your request and which Version of Synergy you are trying to find a solution.
If you mean that you do not have enought fields in a Synergy Enterprise Request and need more, they can be added. We had to add about 100 fields for a customer, all types including Yes/No, Date, Free Text, etc.
If you are using Synergy Enterprise, you may need to look at using Sections for the questions, then workflow fields below for answers.
In either Synergy, you may need to use Items for possible answers to your questions, keeping all possible answers in the database and not allowing free text entry.
