Hello, we are running Synergy Enterprise 248 syncing with Outlook 2010. Hoping to get some insight on an issue related to planning. When viewing the planning calendars, all of the entries are showing "Not Available." This seems to have occurred since the migration to Enterprise (previously detailed data was being shown.) Can anyone explain how to show more detailed data or offer insight into how this process works? Could there a global setting for syncing calendar data that is marked as "private" for example?
