How to prevent document metadata on an email from Synergy #1106

When we send email using a document as a template for the body of the email we also get all the "metadata" attached at the bottom of the email. Looks nasty and confuses the receipient. How can I prevent it from being seen? The document layout has only one tag for the content. The rest have been removed.
Thanks,
Ann

Can you provide additional information to me? Call me and we can speak. I do not understand what you mean by the document metatdata being passed from an e-mail.

How to prevent document metadata on an email from Synergy #1109

Hi Dave,
What I call the metadata are the fields that the document is cross-referenced to: main category, category, account, item. All the data you see in the top or bottom pane of the document, outside the content area. What it's linked to.
