We are just now deploying Windows 10 Pro and are realizing that the Sales Order History reports running on a Windows 10 client do not take into consideration the criteria that is entered into the form when you run the report. It pulls all data instead of just the criteria requested. No errors just pulls all data...Has anyone had this issue?

If we are talking about the same report it has worked for us with Windows 7. This is under Order Entry-Sales Reports-Sales History.

Please clarify, it has worked on Windows 7 or it still does work on Windows 7, but not on Windows 10.

I am trying to determine if this is a Windows issue specific problem, or of the report doesn't work at all under your current version of Macola. By the way what is your current version of Macola?

But not on Windows 10? What report(s) precisely are you talking about? Crystal Reports or Legacy cobol reports? If they are crystal reports were they modified?

Are you running this from a browser or from a legacy Macola screen? Honestly I ran it from the Macola screen not a browser and it ran fine. If you used a browser I would try different browsers. If that doesn't work I'd report it to Macola.

I've run into this as well - but only at one client site, and not on all PC's at that site. The reports basically ignore the criteria you enter on the selection screen and run for everything. Once the problem occurs, that report will continue to run that way. This affected the canned reports and not custom Crystal reports added to the menu in the 'back offfice' version of Macola. From memory the fix was to re-install the Macola client on the affected workstation.
