Is there a way to receive multiple inventory items in one screen? We are not using the PO module for purchases and our receiving sometimes have 5 items per invoice. Macola ES receiving entry allows to receive only one item at a time. Is there another alternative?

Wisys is a 3rd party software specific to Macola. The company was started by Bruce Hollinger, the founder of Macola. They have created a set of Wisys objects that allow you to perform almost any Macola transaction on a screen of your own design. This will almost always include a grid, to avoid the one-transaction-at-a-time limitation in many Macola screens.

BOM>
Inventory Management>
Enter Inventory Transactions>
on TRX Type enter "R" for Receipt and follow each field.

We currently use the Purchase Order module, and you can receive the PO fully as ordered button. Works quite well for very large PO's.
